Vidinha&#8217;s trial was set for Oct. 14. [&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>Vidinha is charged with shooting a pregnant monk seal May 21 at Pila&#8217;a Beach, a remote beach on Kaua&#8217;i&#8217;s north shore.
